TEACHER LESSON MANAGMENT AND DOCUMENTATION
Below  are several documents for you to download in order to maintain  accurate progress records.
1.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT - The student will have had an initial assessment which involves a mulitple choice grammar quiz and a free writing assessment. On the basis of this and discussion with the student, a course design will be prepared which will include choice of coursebook and other resources to be used. This information will be communicated to the teacher.

Please download the following document in order to ascertain the students level.
Please note that in addition to the six levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 each level has been divided into 3 subsections HIGH, MID, LOW.
Teachers will need to assess students the students level in all 5 of the categories:
LISTENING, READING, SPEAKING INTERACTION AND PRODUCTION AND WRITTEN PRODUCTION
The student’s level will be reassessed at the end of the course and the results noted in the student course report.

During the first session the teacher and student will complete an
INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND STUDY PLAN (ISP) to consolidate the needs analysis.
Ÿ
The student will complete the ISP with the help of the teacher.
Ÿ
Based on this the teacher will complete a STUDY PLAN  which will be discussed with the student.
4.
Ÿ
The COURSE PROGRAMME RECORD will reflect the study plan that was discussed with the student.
5.
Ÿ
An accurate record of lessons needs to be made on the LESSON RECORD SHEET.
Ÿ
Please add homework and project work.

6.
Ÿ
At the end of the course the student will be issued with a certificate of completion and a course report.

Please complete the COURSE REPORT FORM to enable us to prepare the report for the student.
